Inversion For Anxiety Relief: A ‘Must Try!’

However, do take notice of the ‘inversion’ technique demonstrated above. Inversion is about turning your body upside down.

For about a million reasons, you must give inversion a try. A moderate version that most people can do. Especially if you suffer with anxiety or depression.

Why I Love Inversion, And You Will, Too

I embrace an inversion yoga pose known as Viparita Karani. Otherwise called: Legs Up The Wall.

This pose is not physically strenuous. It merely requires some time and patience.
